Six towns around Fort Bragg
Cumberland County is the short side of the drive and the high side of the tax rate. Moore County is the long side of the drive and the low side of the tax rate. The bands in the middle column are 2026 recorded sales, 25th to 75th percentile, pulled 2026-10-03. Cumberland rows are single-family. Moore rows are all improved property, so a condo or a townhome can sit inside a Moore band and is not split out.

Read a band as the middle half of that recorded set, not as a quote on one house. Fayetteville’s sample is large enough that one citywide band hides different parts of the city. Spring Lake’s sample is the thin one. Assessed value, which is what the tax rate multiplies, is not a sale price. Cumberland County’s last revaluation set market values as of January 1, 2025.
Revaluation: Cumberland County property tax revaluation, checked 2026-10-04.
ZIPs behind the rows all map to housing area NC182, so the 2026 BAH table is the same table for each town. Gate 5 is closed; every drive in this table uses Yadkin Road or Honeycutt Road. Hours and visitor passes are on the base guide.
